  • Create Specific Intentions: Write down what you truly desire in your relationship. Be specific and heartfelt. Whether it’s more quality time, deeper communication, or rekindling romance, be crystal clear. The intentions you set are like seeds that you plant that will grow into your desired love and connection with your partner.
  • Be Authentically Honest: Be authentic with your needs and desires. Figure out EXACTLY what you want to experience in you rerlationship. Then, communicate your intentions with your partner.
  • Infuse Your Intentions with Positivity: Frame your intentions in a positive light. Instead of focusing on whatyou are missing in your relationship, focus your intentions around growth and abundance. For example, instead of setting the intention to “fix problems” in your relationship, focus instead on nurturing trust and joy.
  • Practice Daily Affirmations: Use statements like, “Our love grows stronger every day” or “We support and cherish each other.” Repeating affirmations strengthens positive beliefs.

  • Guided Visualization: Imagine your ideal relationship. Get an actual scene in your mind of what that would look like. What does it feel like? What does it sound like? Add in smells (are there roses next to you or scented candles lit?) Picture moments of happiness and connection with your partner.
  • Create a Vision Board: Create a vision board with images, quotes, and symbols that represent your desired relationship. Add as much detail as you can. Below is an image of a vision board I made (it was my ideal lifestyle, but you get the point). As you can see, I added in images of my dream house, my dream car, money, a pool, friends, and yes a couple holding hands on the beach representing true love). So, get inspired & creative with this. Have fun. This is YOUR relationship you’re trying to manifest here. 🙂 Then, once your vision board is complete, put it in a place where you’ll see it daily.
  • Practice Together: Involve your partner in visualization exercises to align your goals and create shared aspirations.
